BioBeyond_NL brings together partners from Maastricht University, Utrecht University, Leiden University Medical Center, and Radboud University Medical Center to advance large-scale research on protein glycosylation - how sugars shape protein function in cells.

Within this consortium, our group will be responsible for large-scale computational support, including developing and applying advanced machine-learning solutions for mass spectrometry data analysis to help extract reliable biological insight from these complex measurements.
